Week 1 Reasons given for not having a mixed team ...
Hi folks,
I am aware that we have more students from BA than from LSCT, as such, there will inevitably be a team where all the members are from BA, but this group wanted to be together by choice. Herewith is the reasons they have given. Please leave me a comment whether you agree or not (by default, I'm assuming everyone disagrees) if there are enough people who sympathizes with them, I'll take it that there is acceptanec of their choice ...

1. We have not worked with each other before and wanted to see how well we can work with each other. (Would be of great use for future projects in our faculty).
2. If there is any last min decision made, we’ll be able to get to the other members in person. (not smsing, email or msn)
3. It would be easier to organize/arrange meetings or even meet up to discuss projects. (Personal experience last yr for CATS, I’m not able to get all the members when we decided to meet up for discussion. Resulting in many problems. A once bitten twice shy kind of thing.)
4. Since we are all from LSCT, we will be able to see (no other communications involved) each other frequently, compared to when we work with other students from other courses/faculty. We don’t see them at all. So when we see each other, there maybe some last minute revision (a very quick one) on what is to be done. There maybe less miscommunication.
5. Continue from the number 4, it would be better to be able to talk about the subject (I/E, the projects, etc) rather than totally not thinking of the subject till the next lesson is near.

on behalf of my frenz XianXu n Bryan, we agree tt they shld stay as a team.
its easier to communicate tt way, besides if they are able to work really well together, y not?
another add-on point from me, based on my experience from CATS, it's really difficult to meet up with LSCT peeps man. timetable is all so off! we are not last minute kind of people, but we had to meet up to do LAST MINUTE kind of projects.. and that really sucks. :(
Any more supporters ? I need more voters to be convinced lay ...
