lallalaa. what I&E is not? i dun really understand what this question means but here's what i think:
I&E Is not abcdfghjklmnopqrstuvwxyz.
I&E Is not alphabEt 'I' and 'E'.

I&E Is not fIxatIon and lazInEss.
I&E Is not In my antI-modulE lIst.
I&E Is not NOThing.
