SDG's practice run
Team SDG had another opportunity to practise their XD games today, with Joe and Jean around to observe and give their feedback.
Joe and Jean did such a good job that I basically had nothing much left to say :)
Anyway, I'm able to help you guys from SDG in some of the highlighted areas, including
- stage presence
- game instructions and rules
- facilitation (I have some ideas to make things easier for the facilitators)
But for now, concentrate on your exams first :)
P.S. A big "thank you" to all of you who came down today, and a "thank you" to ELPAM for volunteering to help out with SDG's event. It's encouraging to see you guys stepping in to help out, even though you're not required to.

I have the following to say to everyone:
Chee Hao: good job, your confidence impressed Actionpreneurs - will need you to continue to hype up your energy level so that you will be able to handle a crowd.
Wai Ling: good try, practise makes perfect, continue to internalise some of the questions so that you will be able to facilitate better.
Beverly: nice approach, hope the critiques from Actionpreneurs dun discourage you, you can do it.
Bryan: need you to demonstrate more confidence and firmness - it's not just about raising your voice (to be heard) it's also about putting up an image - will work more with you one-on-one.
Cliff: you've got full of confidence but will require you to be coherent with all the rest of the team - probably you missed out during coleman's training ... nevermind, can have make up lessons from Coleman.
J J: need you to put in more effort with the entire event, feel that you're not quite there in terms of the enthu level ...
Johnny: I know you can do better, be confident, probably you weren't prepared ... I believe you can do it.
Wei Xian: you never fail to surprise me ... excellent efforts, keep the enthu level high, OK ?
Xian Xu: excellent leadership but you'll be too busy to lead in this event ... *sob* ... pass everything properly over to bryan OK ?
Xue Qi: what can I say ? You're such a natural .. great job ... will need to depend on you for the event.
The cute girl (forgot your name - is it rayna ?): you need to work a little with your confidence oso. You have such a pretty smile, use it freely to your advantage.
